Post Event Recap

“I get by with a little help from my friends…”

It is after the event and that song keeps rolling through my head. If it wasn’t for all my friends new and old who helped me with this event, I doubt it would have been as successful. Everyone pitched in. Everyone owned it. Everyone made it a success.

We had great speakers.

Fun Vendors.

Fabulous volunteers.

Amazing guests.

I am happy and proud of this event and came with some amazing insights and feedback on what to do for my next event.

I learned what worked well.

I learned what did not work well.

I learned what to do next time.

I learned what NOT to do next time.

I tallied my earnings with what I spent financially and I broke even. The results were not bad for my first event.

As for if it was a success, I would say yes! Resoundingly. Success is more than what you make in dollars.$$$$$ Success can be measured in many ways. For me, success pertains to guests being fulfilled, if people enjoyed themselves and if overall everything turned out well and for that, I would say YES!

Once again, thank you to everyone who was a part of this event and even those who could not make it but shared it on social media and emailed and invited others.

It takes a village to raise a child, but today I realized that adage could also say…

It takes a village to run an event! A Million Thank You’s!
